Since our journey began in 2015, fostering a healthy work-life balance for our team has been a top priority. This commitment has driven many of our initiatives, and we’re thrilled to see the positive impact they’ve made.

Here’s a look at some of our key initiatives:

1. Flexible Work Policies and True Remote Work

From day one, we’ve embraced a flexible work culture, including a flexible schedule and true remote work, regardless of where our team members are located. In fact, we were working remotely before it became the norm! Our colleagues collaborate seamlessly across Switzerland, Cluj, Iasi, Bucharest, and Sibiu. We believe that trust and accountability matter more than physical proximity. When it comes to flexible hours, we understand that life doesn’t always fit neatly between 9 AM and 5 PM. By giving our team control over their schedules, we allow them the freedom to manage personal responsibilities alongside their work.

2. Additional Paid Time Off as a Tenure Reward

As a way to say thank you, we add an extra day off for every two years of tenure. This is on top of the 25 PTO days each team member receives upon joining, giving our people more time to spend with loved ones and recharge.

3. Mental Health and Wellbeing Programs

We believe in the principle of “healthy people, healthy work.” That’s why we offer access to counseling, therapy, and coaching for those facing challenging times or seeking personal and professional growth. We also organize regular wellbeing and personal development workshops led by experts who help us tackle common challenges and support each other in overcoming them.

4. Unlimited Learning and Development Budget

Professional growth is essential, and we empower our team members with unlimited budgets for training, workshops, conferences, and courses, both online and offline. Our goal is to support their ambitions to become the best developers, testers, and professionals they aspire to be.

5. Celebrating Achievements

We take pride in our colleagues’ accomplishments, both professional and personal, and we’re never shy about recognizing their successes. Celebrating these milestones is our way of saying we’re proud of each individual’s journey.
